For our dedicated team in the Netherlands, we are looking for a motivated Sales Representative (m/f/d) to strengthen our sales team. You are responsible for projects from acquisition to completion in both commercial and technical aspects. You implement the sales strategy for the field team to increase brand awareness and build a strong brand image with local sales partners and strategic target groups. You actively initiate or support sales activities, customer events, and trade shows. You create visit and market reports; maintain and update all relevant CRM data. Your role will entail : Account planning assessing data on developments, the market, competitive relationships, (potential) customers, etc. drafting account plan, formulating offer opportunities and forecasting revenue/margin/result Discuss account plans with management for improvement and approval Prospection managing and visiting potential customers (leads), analyzing and assessing needs/demands/wishes and requirements, discussing and advising the lead Initiating pre-sales activities, justifying the proposal, and assessing the win-win situation negotiate (within margins) regarding offer and conclude transaction, contract and/or agreement Account management evaluating the relationship, consulting with the client regarding the implementation of the offer, informing about developments advising the client on approach/offer, negotiating within frameworks, and adjusting contracts Informing internal staff about action points/complaints/changes in offering and overseeing follow-up, managing customer files Contract management Setting up and monitoring compliance with agreements made with the account, adjusting if necessary reporting results and discussing improvements and adjustments with the client, handling (structural) complaints/problems recording and following up on changes to agreements Network and relationship management representing the organization during marketing activities Searching for opportunities (housing tenders) in the market segment and determining the approach building and expanding customer relationships and approaching customer relationships acting as the first point of contact and solving problems representing the organization in networks, conducting acquisition-promoting activities What we expect: You have a commercial/technical education or a comparable qualification. You have knowledge of the sanitary industry, ideally with experience in field sales. You have a passion for sales and a strong customer orientation. You are a communication talent as well as a motivated team player who is ready to take on responsibility and is not afraid of new challenges. Core Responsibilities

Manage commercial and technical sales projects from acquisition through completion, including prospecting, account planning, negotiations, contract compliance, and customer follow-up. Implement field sales strategy, build customer and partner relationships, represent the organization at marketing activities, and maintain CRM data and sales reports.

Requirements

A commercial or technical education, or an equivalent qualification, is required, along with knowledge of the sanitary industry; field sales experience is an advantage. The candidate should be customer-oriented, passionate about sales, communicative, a team player willing to take responsibility, open to new challenges, and comfortable using CRM systems.
