Job Description

24 hours/week · Employment contract · Hybrid/Remote (Netherlands) Do you love creators, build relationships easily, and spot opportunities others miss? At IM ĀYLN, we help lifestyle brands grow across borders through brand- and performance-driven influencer-led strategies. But we're more than an agency that places sponsored posts. We want to make the internet a better, more joyful place, and we do that through our creators. Behind our work is a fast-growing creator community: 450+ creators in the Benelux and 80+ in the DACH region, plus our own in-house talents. We're only scratching the surface of what this community can become, and we're looking for the person who takes it to the next level. As Community & Talent Manager, you bring our community to life and turn it into opportunities. You engage our creators, organise regular events that bring them together, and actively look for brand partnerships for both our in-house talents and our wider community. What you will do Own and grow our creator community of 450+ creators in the Benelux and 80+ in DACH, and keep it active, engaged, and connected. Organise small community events every month or every other month, from creator meetups and workshops to brand moments, that strengthen the bond between our creators and IM ĀYLN. Actively seek commercial opportunities for our in-house talents and community creators: spot brands, pitch ideas, and open new partnerships. Be a trusted point of contact for our in-house talents. Support them in their growth and make sure their partnerships are a great fit. Match the right creators with the right campaigns, together with our campaign team. Scout and onboard new creators who share our vision, not just strong numbers. Support fee negotiations, agreements, and the follow-up of partnerships so content goes live on time and on brief. Keep our creator database and community overview up to date. Bring in ideas for new formats, community initiatives, and self-created concepts we can bring to life with our creators. What we are looking for [2+] years of experience in community management, talent management, influencer marketing, or a similar role. A people person: you build trust easily and genuinely care about the creators you work with. A commercial mindset: you see opportunities and aren't afraid to pick up the phone or send the pitch. Experience organising events, or the energy and organisational skills to make them happen. Knowledge of the [Dutch and/or German] creator landscape. Excellent communication skills in [Dutch and English, German is a plus]. Organised and reliable: you keep track of many relationships and conversations at once. Trend-aware, you know what's happening on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond. You share our values: honest, open, and you say what you think, even when you disagree. What we offer A part-time role (24 hours/week) with an employment contract in a fast-growing agency. The chance to build and shape our community and talent side. You're not inheriting a finished machine, you're growing something with us. Working with ambitious brands and a large creator network across the Benelux and DACH. Short decision lines, no unnecessary layers, and a culture where good ideas get acted on quickly. Room to grow in hours, responsibility, and scope as the community and talent side grow. Hybrid working: Utrecht / from home Interested? Send us your CV and LinkedIn profile, along with a short note on why you'd be the perfect fit for IM ĀYLN. [email protected] · www.imayln.com
