Introduction The Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Global Projects team in Veldhoven supports the execution of ASML's global real estate project portfolio. The team develops and maintains standardized project management processes, documentation, and learning materials that help project teams work consistently across regions. In this internship, you will contribute to improving process documentation, digital learning solutions, and knowledge management practices used worldwide. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in process management and continuous improvement within an international project environment. Your assignment Within the Global Projects team, several process improvement initiatives are being further developed to strengthen project management maturity, standardization, and knowledge sharing. You will support the assessment, optimization, and maintenance of process documentation while also helping create digital learning content for global users. By combining process analysis, stakeholder interaction, and digital communication, you will help improve how project knowledge is documented and adopted across the organization. Your main responsibilities will be: Review and assess existing process documentation for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Validate process flows and working methods with stakeholders across the organization. Standardize and update process maps using professional documentation practices. Support the migration and harmonization of process documentation. Create instructional videos and digital learning content to support onboarding and knowledge sharing. Analyze documentation quality and identify opportunities for improvement. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to process governance and project management standards. During this internship, you will work closely with experienced project management professionals and gain exposure to governance structures, process frameworks, documentation standards, and organizational improvement projects within a global environment. This is a bachelor internship for a minimum of 5 months, minimum 4 days per week (4 days on-site). The start date of this internship is flexible and can be aligned with your academic schedule. {{/b}} Your profile To be suitable for the internship, you: Are pursuing a bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Communication, Business Administration, Business Management, Business Information Management, or a related field. Have an interest in process management, documentation, and continuous improvement. Are analytical and able to structure complex information clearly. Communicate effectively and feel comfortable working with different stakeholders. Are proactive, accurate, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Have experience with, or are willing to learn, tools used for process documentation, collaboration, and digital content creation. This internship is particularly suitable if you enjoy improving ways of working, translating complex information into clear documentation, and supporting knowledge sharing. You will have the opportunity to contribute to globally applied project management processes while developing valuable skills in process analysis, stakeholder management, documentation management, and digital learning solutions. Your work will directly support the further professionalization and adoption of standardized project management practices within ASML. Other requirements you need to meet: You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship, and you are at least 18 years old at the start of the internship; If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement); You attach your cover letter with a clear motivation on why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular; You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. Requirements
