You We are looking for a Dutch-qualified Employment Associate at the junior or mid-level (up to five years' experience). You will be an ambitious, engaging individual looking to take the next step in your career, delivering high-quality work and the best possible client service. Solid matter management is a must, as is ambition, self-motivation and both the desire and the ability to deliver high-quality work and act on your own initiative. You will be adept at handling a broad spectrum of non-contentious employment law issues, including the employment aspects of corporate transactions, as well as litigation and multi-country projects. From day one, you will advise on a wide range of projects, including drafting global policies and procedures, disciplinary and grievance issues, restructures and redundancies, and changes to terms and conditions. Core Responsibilities
Advise clients on a broad range of employment matters, including corporate transactions, litigation, cross-border projects, policies, disciplinary and grievance issues, restructures, redundancies, and changes to employment terms. Manage matters and deliver high-quality client service as part of global client teams, with direct client exposure.
Requirements
Applicants must be Dutch-qualified lawyers at junior or mid-level, with up to five years of experience. They should have experience across non-contentious employment law, litigation, and multi-country projects, along with strong matter management, initiative, self-motivation, and a commitment to high-quality work and client service.
