Industrialization Engineer — Delft Circuits (Delft, on-site) Help us industrialize the cabling behind quantum computers first hand! Our Cri/oFlex® cables connect quantum computers at temperatures colder than outer space. The products are technically excellent. Now we need to make their manufacturing reliable, repeatable and scalable. The role As an Industrialization Engineer in our Industrialization & Quality team, you work close to the factory, improving processes, tooling, fixtures, SOPs and workflows. You also contribute to larger scale-up projects such as equipment concepts, outsourced machines and CapEx proposals. You don't need to be equally strong on both sides.
