Your mission A workday as an All-Around F&B Employee (f/m/d) – Full-Time at Holiday Inn Eindhoven Airport is all about creating a welcoming experience for our guests while supporting the daily Food & Beverage operations. You don’t speak Dutch? No worries! We welcome international travelers from all over the world, and English is our key language. As an All-Around F&B Employee, you work closely with your colleagues and the F&B Supervisor to ensure our guests receive friendly and efficient service. Depending on your shift, you may support our breakfast service in the morning or join the team later in the day for restaurant and bar operations. Your daily tasks include: Welcoming guests and providing friendly, attentive service. Supporting breakfast, restaurant, and bar operations. Serving and running food and drinks. Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables. Assisting with basic bar and counter tasks. Preparing the F&B areas before service. Keeping the restaurant, bar, and service areas clean and organised. Following hygiene and operational standards. Supporting your colleagues and following instructions from the F&B Supervisor. Working in a small team means everyone plays an important role. Your positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to help contribute directly to a great guest experience. Your profile We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-minded colleague who enjoys working with people and wants to develop their skills in hospitality. No previous F&B or hospitality experience is required – we are happy to teach you. You are friendly, approachable, and service-oriented. You have good communication skills and are comfortable speaking English. You enjoy working as part of a team. You can stay organised in a fast-paced environment. You are flexible and available to work different shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays when required. You are reliable, proactive, and willing to learn. Core Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service while supporting breakfast, restaurant, and bar operations, including serving food and drinks and preparing service areas. Keep tables and work areas clean and organised, follow hygiene and operational standards, and support colleagues under the F&B Supervisor’s direction.

Requirements

No previous food and beverage or hospitality experience is required, and training is provided. Candidates should be friendly, service-oriented, comfortable communicating in English, organised, reliable, proactive, willing to learn, and available for varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
