The Job (responsibilities): Responsible for end-to-end recruitments in the Netherlands and Belgium, as part of the European Talent Acquisition team Intake meeting: gather candidate requirements from the Hiring Managers Recruit with “Avature”, our innovative ATS Set up an efficient recruitment strategy Job advertisement: jobads, jobboards, Linkedin & other social media Sourcing of more difficult to find candidates Selection of the right applicants Participating in recruitment interviews and coordination of the different stages of the process Participate in preparing an adequate remuneration package Extending the offer to candidate, including negotiations Internal & external TA communication, including promoting internal recruitment Participate in training & development process Employer branding activities, to support the METTLER TOLEDO brand The Person (requirements): Previous experience in Talent Acquisition / recruitment; agency experience preferred Fluent Dutch & English (both written & spoken) Good interpersonal skills, diplomacy Team player, dynamic, well organized Discrete, as you will be working with HR data We offer: Become part of a multinational company, leader in our sector, with a stable and constantly growing workforce Indefinite contract and interesting social benefits package Home Office optional: 1 day a week. Core Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment across the Netherlands and Belgium, including intake meetings, sourcing, advertising, candidate selection, interviews, and offer negotiations. Coordinate recruitment communications and support internal hiring, training and development, and employer branding activities.

Requirements

Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is required, with agency experience preferred. Fluency in written and spoken Dutch and English, strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy, teamwork, organization, and discretion are expected.
