Our teams span Business Development, Growth/Marketing, Tech, Product, Field Operations, Customer Operations and Projects and more, so there is a good chance we have exactly the challenge you are looking for. Dive into a real business question for your graduation project, or join a team for a shorter internship and get a genuine taste of life at a scale-up. You will have a supervisor to support you from day 1, and we are actively looking for interns to go on to become working students, and later, colleagues. What You Will Do Getting your teeth into a real assignment for your graduation project, or lending a hand to a team during a shorter internship Diving into software development, data analysis, product research or project delivery, depending on what excites you most Sharing your ideas and findings in team meetings Presenting your results at the end of your internship What We Are Looking For You are enrolled in an MBO, HBO or University Your speak and write English on a professional level, speaking and writing Dutch is a nice bonus You are available for 3-6 months, for 4 - 5 days per week You are happy to join us in the Utrecht office What We Offer A monthly reimbursement of EUR 550 A supervisor who is genuinely invested in your growth A clear path from intern to working student to colleague: we are actively looking for interns who can stay with us in the long term by growing to working students, and eventually, colleagues A chance to kickstart your network in the energy sector Access to a laptop, sodas, snacks, our weekly bootcamp, our company drinks and our events (Summer Party, Christmas Party, Company Trip etc.) Interested? Core Responsibilities

Complete a graduation project addressing a real business question or support a team during a shorter internship. Depending on the placement, contribute to software development, data analysis, product research, or project delivery, share ideas and findings in team meetings, and present results at the end of the internship.

Requirements

Applicants must be enrolled in an MBO, HBO, or university program and be available for 3–6 months, 4–5 days per week. Professional English speaking and writing skills are required; Dutch is a bonus, and interns are expected to join the Utrecht office.
