Job Description About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic HR Manager to lead European operation team. You will manage partnerships with local payroll providers, ensure full labor law compliance across multiple countries, and oversee our European HR and office administration team to drive productivity and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and oversee daily operations of the European HR and office administration team. Payroll & HR Compliance: Oversee third-party payroll providers across multiple European countries and ensure full corporate compliance with local labor laws. HR Strategy & Policies: Implement standardized onboarding, leave management, and employee relations frameworks across the region. Operations Alignment: Ensure office facilities and vendor relations run smoothly to support European business objectives. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Minimum 2+ years of progressive HR management experience in an international or pan-European environment. Knowledge of EU labor law, HR policies, compliance requirements, and best practices in people management. Ability to work on-site in Rotterdam and collaborate effectively with a multicultural, international team. Business fluency in English and Dutch. Soft Skills: Strong vendor negotiation skills, proactive problem-solving. Preferred Qualifications (Big Plus): Direct experience in supply chain logistics or operations management, particularly with outsourced warehouse partnerships.

Requirements

Candidates must be able to work on-site in Rotterdam, communicate fluently in English and Dutch, and demonstrate strong vendor negotiation and problem-solving skills; supply chain or outsourced warehouse experience is a plus.
