Job Description In this role, you will support the management accounting team of PACCAR Parts Europe and gain first-hand insight into how crucial strong management reporting is to the success of the business. You'll work alongside experienced analysts and controllers, contributing to the financial backbone that keeps the organisation running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: Generating various reports such as daily and weekly sales reports, and monthly management accounting and sales reports Supporting analyses and forecasts to help guide business decisions Analysing financial data and identifying trends and insights Assisting with budget tracking and variance analysis Collaborating with different departments to gather data and validate information Contributing to the continuous improvement of reporting processes You will work under the supervision of an experienced analyst and/or controller who will mentor you throughout your internship. Your profile You are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Finance & Control or a related field You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy working with numbers and data You are detail-oriented and take pride in accuracy and quality You have good communication skills and can explain financial findings clearly to non-financial colleagues You are proactive and independent, yet comfortable asking for guidance when needed You have a good command of the English language – a requirement in this international working environment You have a good command of Dutch as well Department You will be joining PACCAR Parts Europe, a division dedicated to supporting the aftermarket needs of DAF Trucks customers across Europe. The Control department you'll be working in is a crucial part of the finance organisation, responsible for providing accurate financial insights that drive business decisions. PACCAR Parts Europe operates in an international environment, with colleagues from different countries collaborating to ensure efficient operations and optimal financial performance. The control department plays a vital role in monitoring business performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting management with timely, accurate reporting. Core Responsibilities

Requirements
Applicants must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Finance & Control, or a related field, and should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and clear communication. Good command of both English and Dutch is required, along with a proactive and independent approach and willingness to seek guidance when needed.
