Core Responsibilities
Develop and design power electronics, including inverters and DC/DC converters, hybrid batteries, and electric drives. Work on motor inverters, PCB routing, embedded code, cabling, and testing, contributing to projects in racing, sustainability, renewable energy, and high-speed electrical machines.
Requirements
A master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering and a proven track record in power electronics development are required, along with practical experience in batteries, electric motors, and high-voltage systems. Candidates should have strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, organization, and prioritization skills, plus hands-on experience with MATLAB Simulink and Speedgoat or dSPACE systems.
