The Role We're looking for a CRM & Retention Manager to take our customer relationships to the next level: someone who thinks strategically about customer value, but also builds smart flows, tests emails and analyses segmentation themselves. You'll get plenty of freedom and responsibility to further develop CRM within Studio Noos, making sure it's both strong in content and flawless in execution. You'll work closely with e-commerce, content and performance to make sure the customer journey holds together, from first purchase to repeat purchase and loyalty. You have an eye for brand experience, but you're driven by data too. This role is for someone who takes ownership, shows initiative and wants to help build a brand that's growing internationally. What you'll do CRM & email marketing Develop a clear monthly and quarterly plan for CRM and loyalty Set up, test and send newsletters and campaign emails Build and optimise email flows (welcome, post-purchase, win-back, etc.) Work with customer segments and personalisation, for example by country, life stage or behaviour Set up and optimise A/B tests on content, timing and subject lines Retention & customer value Dig into the data and actively look for opportunities to increase repeat purchases and customer lifetime value Set up targeted experiments to influence customer behaviour, for example through timing, incentives, segmentation or journeys Optimise post-purchase flows, including review and feedback workflows Spot retention opportunities and translate them into campaigns, flows or loyalty ideas Optimise and grow our member club Share insights and customer data with brand and content to make the most of shared learnings Work with e-commerce and paid to align communication and journeys Strategy & development Translate brand values into customer communication Build a scalable CRM roadmap and testing structure Set up dashboards and KPI reporting Experiment with new channels, such as WhatsApp or loyalty tooling Share customer insights and learnings with brand/marketing to optimise content, timing and campaigns Who are you? You have 3–6 years of experience in CRM, email marketing or customer retention You're both analytical and commercial: you spot opportunities and turn them into action You enjoy sharing insights with other teams and understand CRM's connecting role You understand the balance between brand experience and performance You're structured, forward-thinking and take the initiative to make things smarter or better You're curious and keep a close eye on developments in retention marketing Experience with tools like Shopify, Klaviyo or Yotpo is a plus You're looking for an environment where you can build, test and grow alongside the brand What do we offer? Core Responsibilities
Develop and execute CRM, email, and loyalty plans, including newsletters, automated flows, segmentation, personalization, and testing. Analyze customer data to improve repeat purchases and lifetime value, build reporting and a scalable CRM roadmap, and coordinate customer communications with e-commerce, paid, brand, and content teams.
Requirements
Candidates should have 3–6 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or customer retention, with strong analytical and commercial judgment. They should be structured, proactive, comfortable balancing brand experience with performance, and able to share insights across teams; experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or Yotpo is a plus.
