Job Description

At a glance We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Developer to drive change across our IFRS9 chain. You'll improve reporting processes, accelerate model implementation, and lead data initiatives that strengthen efficiency, control, and business value. You will work closely with our business stakeholders, product owners and management, where your deep knowledge of IFRS9, excellent analytical skills and strong stakeholder management are equally important. Your job Translate business needs and requirements into clear technical specifications for the development team Work closely with engineering teams to define priorities and design product features Collaborate with stakeholders across Risk, Finance, and IT to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines Initiate and drive change to achieve modernisation, increase of control, simplification, standardisation, acceleration. Manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure successful execution of change Coach junior/medior business developers in the teams Advise management on change requests Manage the monthly reporting cycle Working environment The Financial Risk grid is with approximately 350 colleagues responsible for (a.o.) RWA calculations, credit risk models, IFRS9 provisions, risk classifications, stress testing and scenario analysis, and Distressed Client Management. As the Financial Risk grid sits at the center of the bank’s key value chains, you will engage with a broad range of stakeholders across Risk Management, business functions, Finance, and other grids. As the IFRS9 chain spans multiple teams, you will work across team boundaries while being part of one dedicated team. You work closely with experienced business developers and IT engineers. Your profile You are a result driven and structured professional who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys the challenge of competing priorities while keeping control of the core processes. You have a keen eye for details and like the technical side of products, and you are passionate about turning ideas into tangible solutions. Required Skills & Experience Technical Skills Strong IFRS9 knowledge (5-10 years experience in credit risk management) Highly developed and proven project management skills Solid understanding of IT environments (5-10 years experience) Ability to translate high-level business needs into specific requirements Excellent data analysis skills Soft Skills Highly delivery-driven with a focus on outcomes and impact Strong stakeholder management skills Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams Taking end-to-end responsibility We are offering We believe it is important to be a good employer. Requirements

Requires strong IFRS 9 knowledge and 5–10 years of experience in credit risk management, along with 5–10 years of experience in IT environments. Candidates should bring proven project management, data analysis, requirements translation, stakeholder management, communication, and end-to-end delivery skills.
