We are looking for a hands-on technician who thrives on keeping technology running smoothly. Join us and play a key role in supporting a highly automated distribution centre for Stichd, part of the PUMA Group.Working as part of our resident maintenance team, you'll help keep critical automation systems performing at their best through both reactive and proactive maintenance. From troubleshooting technical issues to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, your work will directly impact system performance and customer satisfaction.Supporting the logistics operation behind a leading global sports and lifestyle brand, you'll work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, reliability, and performance matter. What you'll be handling: You execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks You resolve breakdown situations (corrective maintenance) with support on more technical elements You ensure high levels of housekeeping and never compromise on safety first You support the automation to operate at its maximum efficiency You complete all necessary reports, including those for shift maintenance tasks, spare parts usage, and toploss, while working in DART and CMMS software platforms You continually improve the performance of the equipment through avenues such as toploss activities and design modifications You actively seek root cause when remedying any breakdowns on TGW supplied equipment and software You support flow control activities What you'll need: You have a technical diploma at MBO level (for example mechatronics, electronics, electrical, mechanical, automotive engineering, aeronautical engineering etc.) You have general knowledge of mechanics, electrical systems, or controls You understand maintenance processes You are customer focused You have good problem-solving skills You are able to work in a time-critical environment You are able to work at heights You are available to work flexible shift patterns What you'll receive: A dynamic, open and informal working environment with pleasant colleagues Immediate a permanent contract with a market conform salary (14% shift allowance because of the 2 shifts pattern) and 8% holiday allowance Travel allowance € 0,23 per kilometre (max. 100 km per day) Collective Labor Agreement Metaal en Techniek, Technisch installatiebedrijf applies 32 holidays plus extra age days in accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement Excellent secondary employment conditions, including collective health insurance, a bicycle plan and generous employee insurance *TGW is an employer that promotes equal opportunities. Requirements

A technical diploma at MBO level in a field such as mechatronics, electronics, electrical, mechanical, automotive, or aeronautical engineering is required, along with general knowledge of mechanics, electrical systems, or controls. Candidates should understand maintenance processes, be customer-focused and able to solve problems in a time-critical environment, work at heights, and be available for flexible shifts.
