About Bricknest Bricknest is a construction × tech company making renovations predictable, transparent, and scalable. We deliver end-to-end renovations of occupied homes across the Randstad and run the process on our own Bricknest platform: estimates, contracts, project management, subcontractor bidding, and financial transparency. We're a fast-growing team of around 15 people across sales, planning, execution, and product. The Role We're looking for a commission-based Account Executive to take ownership of a growing volume of renovation leads and turn them into signed projects. You'll close high-value renovation projects, ranging from €15k to €500k with a median budget of around €55k. You will work with: Warm inbound leads from homeowners and commercial organisations Contractors who want to use our platform and bid on our projects Partner channels and referral sources Key Responsibilities Run discovery calls, qualify leads, and close renovation projects. Work with our planners and project leads to build accurate proposals and quotes. Manage your pipeline end-to-end: follow-ups, objections, stakeholder alignment, and contract signing. Protect deal quality through pricing discipline, clear scope, and clean handovers to operations. A deal only counts if we can deliver it well. Build and maintain partner relationships that bring in leads and referrals. Requirements Proven sales experience in consultative or high-ticket sales. A background in construction, renovation, or real estate is a strong advantage. Fluent Dutch and English (Dutch is required). Confident with homeowners: you build trust in someone's living room as easily as on a call. Self-motivated and disciplined about pipeline management and follow-up. Comfortable working commission-based, with high ownership and independence. CRM experience (we use HubSpot). Bonus: you know your way around a building. If you have a construction background and are happy to drive out to sites for inspections and surveys, that's a big plus. Not a must. When you can read a building yourself, you scope more accurately, quote with more confidence, and close faster. A driving licence helps here. What's in it for you €900 monthly base fee plus uncapped commission. On-target earnings are €94,500 per year, with no ceiling above that. Warm inbound leads, so you're not cold-calling from scratch. Core Responsibilities

Requirements

Requires proven consultative or high-ticket sales experience, fluency in Dutch and English, and disciplined pipeline management; construction, renovation, or real estate experience is advantageous. Candidates should be confident building trust with homeowners, comfortable working independently on commission, and familiar with CRM systems such as HubSpot.
