OPEN CALL FOR CONTRIBUTORS, PRACTITIONERS, DEVELOPERS & COLLABORATORS Help develop new possibilities for being human. Matrix-Q Research Institute is opening a spontaneous application pathway for people who would like to contribute to an evolving body of research, education, practice and innovation focused on one fundamental question: What can a human being become? For more than three decades, I have been developing research, methodologies, educational programs, books, digital applications and practical experiences exploring human consciousness, embodiment, sexuality, relationships, learning, creativity, regeneration and human potential. This work has grown into an ecosystem of research, publications, courses, coaching, practitioner development, digital experiences, community practices and experimental products, developed and tested through many years of work with people internationally. The next stage is not about building a conventional organization. It is about connecting people with different competencies who see possibilities for developing this work further. THE FIELD One of the central architectures of this research is the Primordial Mandala Temple and the Primordial Love Elements Mandala. Through this methodology, we explore human development through elemental principles, the 12 Magnetic Fluids, embodiment, attention, sound, movement, rhythm, relationship and conscious interaction. The work brings together: Conscious Sexuality · Love · Bonding · Life Force · Regeneration · Embodiment · Conscious Conception · Relationship · Vitalization · Creativity · Community · Human Development The practices can include sound, dance, movement, art, yoga, somatic exploration, relational exercises, individual practices and tandem practices. They can be experienced privately, between two people, or within a community. The same underlying methodology can therefore generate very different applications. WHERE CAN THIS LEAD? Community & Connection New ways of bringing people together in a time when loneliness and social disconnection are becoming increasingly important human challenges. Leisure, Culture & Celebration Dance, music, art, games, gatherings and participatory experiences designed to help people meet, connect, create and enjoy being together. Corporate & Professional Development Applications for human performance, attention, creativity, leadership, communication, collaboration and sustainable human capacity. Digital Products & Innovation Applications, platforms, games, AI-assisted experiences, learning environments and experimental technologies. THE TERNARY PRINCIPLE A distinctive part of the methodology is its exploration of masculine, feminine and androgynous principles. The intention is not to reinforce polarization. It is to explore difference, relationship and integration—and to develop greater freedom in how human beings understand identity, attraction, creativity, connection and creation. This ternary perspective allows the work to move beyond simplistic divisions and explore the human being as a dynamic, relational and creative system. WHO MIGHT CONTRIBUTE? THE MATRIX-Q SANDBOX Selected participants may also become part of the Matrix-Q Sandbox, where new experiences, products and methodologies are explored with early users before wider development. This creates an unusual opportunity to move between learning, experimentation, feedback, creation and application. A LONGER BODY OF WORK This invitation is connected to a substantial body of existing work: books and publications, courses, coaching and training programs, digital applications, audio and visual material, practitioner methodologies and years of practical experience. The work has been developed over approximately three decades, with extensive direct experience working with people and a growing international body of practitioners, participants, students and collaborators. The intention now is not simply to reproduce what already exists. It is to discover what can be created next. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? People who are curious. Core Responsibilities

Contribute to the development of research, education, practices, products, and innovations focused on human development, conscious sexuality, relationships, embodiment, and community. Depending on their background and interests, collaborators may participate in research, facilitation, product development, testing, business development, or community building.

Requirements

Applicants should be curious, mature in working with complexity, respectful of boundaries and confidentiality, and willing to learn across disciplines. No specific degree or predefined job background is required; applicants are invited to describe their expertise, ideas, and areas of interest.
