You are the point of contact for our guests and provide them with all the information they need. You assist guests with check‑in and tell them about the highlights they absolutely shouldn’t miss. Meanwhile, you receive a phone call from a guest who wants to reserve a room for next week. No problem — you take care of that too. You notice the next guests are ready to check out, so you help them right away. You’re genuinely curious about how they experienced their stay with us. You take their luggage so they can enjoy the city a bit longer before they leave. They tell you they’ll be back soon. That’s why you do it! LEONARDO HOTEL IJMUIDEN SEAPORT BEACH The Leonardo Hotel IJmuiden Seaport Beach has 146 hotel rooms and suites, including family rooms and luxurious Wellness Suites. Our rooms are bright and spacious, with wood accents and large windows that let in light. Most hotel rooms and suites have a balcony overlooking the Kennemermeer lake or the marina. Our hotel is pet-friendly. Guests who wish to come with their four-legged friends are therefore very welcome. However, they are not permitted in our restaurant and Wellness Suites. If you have been outside all day, you can relax in our gym, sauna and Turkish bath. Those who are environmentally conscious will be pleased to know that the Leonardo Hotel IJmuiden Seaport Beach participates in the Green Key programme. This programme records the hotel's impact on the environment. Job Requirements WHO ARE YOU? You are an energetic personality who inspires everyone you work with. You enjoy working in a team, but working independently is no problem for you either. You speak fluent Dutch and English. You truly put the guest first; you have a service‑oriented attitude and a genuine hospitality mindset. You are available part‑time, for morning and evening shifts. You have a strong sense of responsibility. You are enthusiastic and have strong communication skills. You are accurate and able to handle stress well. You have experience in hospitality. Core Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for hotel guests, provide information, and assist with check-ins and check-outs. Handle room reservations, help with luggage, and gather feedback to ensure guests have a welcoming stay.

Requirements

Candidates should have hospitality experience, fluent Dutch and English, and a service-oriented, guest-first mindset. They should be energetic, responsible, accurate, communicative, able to work well with a team or independently, and comfortable handling stress; part-time availability for morning and evening shifts is required.
