Your role in our team As a Resource Expert, you are the key link between our clients, management and our talented IT professionals. You are responsible for optimizing the deployment of our human capital and ensuring that the right people are working on the right projects at the right time. As a Resource Expert within the Financial Services sector, you are responsible for matching, resourcing and recruitment. You source the right candidates, both internally and externally, for our clients and assignments. You match our consultants to client requests, maintain relationships with end clients, act as a central point of contact and prepare commercial proposals for clients. In this role, you work closely with the management team and are also responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of data relating to availability, CVs, training and other relevant information. How you strengthen our team We expect you to have an entrepreneurial, communicative and proactive mindset. You are assertive, self-starting and take initiative. You have strong influencing skills, which you combine with tact and diplomacy. You collaborate transparently with the team to achieve our objectives and are able to perform well under pressure while managing multiple priorities simultaneously. In addition, you have: A completed higher professional education degree (HBO) or equivalent level of education and experience. At least three years of experience as a Resource Coordinator and/or Recruiter, preferably within an IT-focused organization. Strong commercial awareness. The ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with candidates, colleagues, hiring managers and external parties. Strong administrative skills. Excellent command of both Dutch and English. Core Responsibilities

Source and recruit internal and external candidates, match IT consultants to client assignments, and maintain relationships with end clients. Coordinate resourcing with management, prepare commercial proposals, and ensure accurate information about consultant availability, CVs, and training.

Requirements

Applicants should have a completed higher professional education degree (HBO) or equivalent education and experience, plus at least three years of experience in resource coordination and/or recruitment, preferably in an IT-focused organization. The role also requires commercial awareness, strong communication and administrative skills, and excellent command of Dutch and English.
