Core Responsibilities

Manage import files end to end, including orders, transport, documentation, and follow-up. Keep shipments moving and customers informed from initial booking through purchase invoice validation and final billing.

Requirements

Candidates should be comfortable handling forwarding documents and be fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus. The role also calls for integrity, a customer-focused approach, autonomy, adaptability, flexibility, and confidence using new technology.
