Training Manager - Job Description We are looking for a Training Manager to develop and deliver in person and live online courses to support biomedical researchers to better understanding and contribute to medicines development. This flexible, mainly remote role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful training in translational medicine with occasional in-person courses and team meetings. As EATRIS Training Manager, you will play a key role in designing, developing, implementing and evaluating live courses and workshops. You will work closely with EATRIS colleagues and external experts to analyse training needs and ensuring delivery is aligned with good practices in adult learning and up to date subject matter expertise. Additionally, you will contribute to writing grant proposals and implementing training related tasks in international projects. Your ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders and the training team will be essential to success in this role. Main responsibilities Analyse training needs and translate the findings into appropriate learning objectives and course designs; Design, develop, implement and evaluate in-person and live online courses; Liaise with subject matter experts; Facilitate participatory face-to-face and online learning activities; Manage course delivery, including speakers, logistics, participant registration and training documentation; Contribute to the development of training-related tasks and work packages for international funding proposals, including Horizon Europe and Erasmus+; Deliver training related tasks in international projects such as ERDERA, TransBioNet, STARDAST, OSCARS; Profile You should have: A degree in life sciences or a related field Experience in developing and delivering in-person and/or live online training and evaluating quality and impact Experience using methods and tools that encourage interaction and active learning Ability to work independently, manage priorities and collaborate with colleagues and external experts Excellent written and spoken English It would be an advantage if you also bring experience in: A qualification or relevant training in adult learning, education and didactics Contributing to the writing process of large, international grant proposals Fostering generalisation and transfer of learning into daily practice Leading or contributing to training related work packages or tasks in international projects FAIRification of training materials E-Learning Manager - Job Description We are looking for an E-Learning Manager to support the ongoing development, management and optimisation of the EATRIS e-learning platform and online learning portfolio for translational scientists. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful training in translational medicine with occasional in-person team meetings. As EATRIS E-Learning Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining, updating and expanding the content on the e-learning platform, working closely with internal teams and external experts to ensure that content remains up to date, user-friendly, and aligned with best practices in digital learning. Additionally, you will analyse user engagement data to implement improvements. Your ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders and the training team will be essential to success in this role. Main responsibilities Update content of existing e-learning courses on e-learning platform; Work with subject matter experts to develop new content for e-learning platform and other online learning formats; Analyse and report on e-learning platform usage metrics and contribute to implementing evidence-based improvements; Manage user accounts and respond to user feedback and support requests for the EATRIS e-learning platform; Develop short online content for social media platforms (e.g. YouTube); Contribute to the planning and organisation of other EATRIS learning activities, including webinars and in-person events; Profile You should have: Experience developing engaging digital learning content, informed by user experience, visual design and adult-learning principles Experience in management of e-learning platform(s), preferably Moodle Ability to work independently, manage priorities and collaborate with colleagues and external experts Excellent written and spoken English It would be an advantage if you also bring experience in: Qualification in online/digital learning including tools and latest technology development Working in the (bio)medical field, ideally having a Life Science degree Working with subject matter experts on scripts for new or updated e-learning content Analysis, optimisation and dissemination of digital training content (e.g. YouTube analytics, UX based design, outreach via web/social media, developing FAIR training materials) International and/or national collaborative projects Developing webinars or self-study content or training content for social media What We Offer A dynamic and collaborative work environment within an international research infrastructure. Requirements

Excellent written and spoken English is required; a life sciences or related degree is specified for the Training Manager, while adult-learning, digital-learning, biomedical, and international project experience are advantageous.
