At Exzellent, interns can get involved in different areas of the business depending on their skills and interests. You may work on real projects, take responsibility for tasks and contribute ideas to the team. We’re looking for people who are willing to learn, take initiative and are comfortable working in a fast-moving environment. 📌 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR ▪️ Currently studying at a university or higher-education institution ▪️ Looking for a compulsory/mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum) ▪️ Reliable, motivated and responsible ▪️ Good communication and interpersonal skills ▪️ Interested in marketing, social media or business development ▪️ Comfortable working independently and within a team ▪️ Good organizational and problem-solving skills ▪️ Willing to learn new tools and take on different responsibilities ▪️ Interested in entrepreneurship, teamwork and leadership Knowledge of an additional language is a plus. German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese and other languages can be useful depending on the role and the markets we work with. 📌 WHAT YOU MAY WORK ON Your responsibilities will depend on your skills, interests and the needs of the company. You may work in areas such as: ▪️ Website and digital operations ▪️ Marketing and social media ▪️ Business development and growth ▪️ AI tools and automation ▪️ Recruitment and team coordination ▪️ Tutor and webinar coordination ▪️ Documentation and SOPs ▪️ Product research and development ▪️ Strategy and day-to-day operations You don’t need to have experience in all of these areas. What matters more is your willingness to learn and your ability to adapt. 📌 DO YOU HAVE A SKILL YOU CAN TEACH? If you have strong knowledge of a language, academic subject, professional skill or practical field, you may also have the opportunity to support or teach courses through the Exzellent platform. Selected interns may receive referral opportunities and gain practical experience in networking, marketing, outreach and community building. 📌 FREELANCE OPPORTUNITIES Depending on your skills, availability and performance, there may also be opportunities to work on separate freelance projects alongside your studies. Interns who consistently demonstrate reliability, ownership, good teamwork and meaningful contribution may be given additional responsibilities as the company grows. Core Responsibilities

Take ownership of assigned work, collaborate with the team, suggest improvements, and potentially support tutoring, outreach, or freelance projects.

Requirements

Applicants must be currently studying at a university or higher-education institution and seeking a compulsory internship. They should be reliable, motivated, responsible, communicative, organized, willing to learn, and interested in areas such as marketing, social media, business development, entrepreneurship, teamwork, or leadership.
