Wat ga je doen?
Als Smartbar medewerker bij MediaMarkt ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met technische vragen of uitdagingen. Je helpt klanten aan de balie én telefonisch, stelt snel de juiste diagnose en geeft duidelijke uitleg. Je voert reparaties uit aan smartphones, tablets, notebooks en gameconsoles, zorgt voor een nauwkeurige registratie van orders en klantgegevens en houdt klanten op de hoogte van de voortgang. Tijdens het repareren signaleer je verkoopkansen voor accessoires of extra service. Je werkt netjes, organiseert je werkplek efficiënt en laat klanten altijd voelen dat service bij jou op één staat. Geen dag is hetzelfde: soms is het spits, soms neem je extra tijd voor advies, maar altijd zet je samen met je team die extra stap voor maximale klanttevredenheid.
Verder draag je proactief bij aan:
- Ontvangen, adviseren en geruststellen van klanten aan de balie en via de telefoon
- Stellen van diagnoses, opstellen van heldere offertes en uitvoeren van professionele reparaties
- Verwerken van orders, bijhouden van klantgegevens en actief terugkoppelen over de reparatiestatus
- Verkopen en up-sell van accessoires, direct inspelen op klantwensen
- Zorgen voor een nette winkelpresentatie en schone, georganiseerde werkplek

Wie ben jij?
- Je bent klantgericht, servicegericht en denkt altijd in oplossingen
- Je hebt technische kennis van smartphones, tablets, notebooks en consoles, of wilt deze snel leren
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, met oog voor kwaliteit en resultaat
- Je bent flexibel: zelfstandig en samen presteren gaan bij jou hand in hand
- Je haalt energie uit afwisseling en werkt graag in een dynamische omgeving
- Je bent 3-12 uur of 13-32 uur per week beschikbaar

Core Responsibilities
