Since our founder, Genichi Kawakami, established Yamaha Motor, we have been passionate about delivering KANDO through innovative products, exceptional experiences, and a continuous desire to challenge ourselves. From motorcycles and marine products to mobility solutions and digital innovation, our people are at the heart of everything we achieve.
At Yamaha, KANDO is not only for our customers. We believe our employees should experience it too through meaningful work, collaboration, personal growth, and the opportunity to make a real impact.
For Yamaha Motor Europe N.V. (YME), located in Schiphol-Rijk, the Netherlands, we are looking for a Chapter Lead (S/4HANA Functionals – FICO) in our Information Systems Division.

• Lead and develop the team by coaching business analysts, strengthening business analysis capabilities, and building S/4HANA knowledge to ensure continuity across Yamaha Motor Europe.
• Manage stakeholders and delivery by building strong relationships with business stakeholders, product owners, train leads, and technical teams while supporting projects and change initiatives.
• Build professional capability by establishing business analysis standards, templates, and working practices and supporting the development of chapter members.
What do you bring?

• Experience with SAP Cloud ALM is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Strong understanding of Agile ways of working (e.g. PSM I certified).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
