Third Party Logistics (3PL) Operations Manager (Transport & Warehouse)
Location: Dommelen / Eersel (NL)
We are looking for a hands-on 3PL Operations Manager to drive the performance of our transport and warehouse partners across export, import, and domestic operations. In this role, you ensure smooth daily execution, strong KPI performance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement in a complex, international environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead monthly performance reviews with our main 3PLs, covering safety, quality, KPIs, and financials.
- Drive improvements in key transport KPIs and address operational issues with urgency.
- Serve as the main operational contact for Prague, breweries, domestic teams, and DCs.
- Manage asset and inventory processes, including counts, stock accuracy, and materials (pallets, thermal blankets, dunnage, etc.).
- Oversee warehouse utilization, stock projections, and reverse logistics of empties.
- Own operational escalations for shuttling operations, deliveries, and container flows.
- Validate 3PL, transport, warehouse, and D&D invoices and manage a USD 10–15M budget.
- Initiate and implement improvement projects (WPS, layout optimization, repack setup, CO₂ reduction).
- Act as SPOC for 3PLEX, DPO, and LCP audits.
- Build operational and tactical capacity plans based on volume forecasts.
- Lead and support the onboarding and optimization of 3PL setups.
What You Bring
- Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) with ±3 years in logistics or international supply chain.
- Strong understanding of transport, warehouse, repacking, and international flows.
- A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, service orientation, and ability to navigate complexity.
- Experience with SAP, TMS, WMS, and solid Excel capabilities.
- Fluent English; Dutch preferred.
