Job Description
- Moderne digitale oplossingen ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en implementeren met Pega Case Management/Pega DCM, Pega Constellation en DX API’s.
- Headless front-endapplicaties ontwikkelen met ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 en REST API’s.
- Herbruikbare, responsieve, mobile-first en toegankelijke UI-componenten ontwerpen en ontwikkelen die geïntegreerd zijn met Pega.
- Nauw samenwerken met Pega-architecten en developers om end-to-end case-management- en workflowoplossingen te realiseren.
- Maatwerk front-endapplicaties, microservices, databases en andere maatwerkcomponenten integreren met Pega.
- Bijdragen aan UX-strategie, design governance en de toepassing van componentgebaseerde design systems.
- 10+ jaar relevante IT-ervaring, waarvan minimaal 5 jaar hands-on ervaring met Pega-implementatieprojecten.
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met Pega Constellation en DX API.
- Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring met ReactJS front-endontwikkeling.
- Sterke ervaring met Pega Case Management/Pega DCM, low-code engineering, UI-ontwikkeling en maatwerkintegraties.
- Aantoonbare ervaring met het ontwikkelen van headless front-endapplicaties op basis van de voorgeschreven solution architecture.
- Ervaring met het ontwikkelen van geo-applicaties, waaronder mapservers en/of OpenLayers.
- Goede kennis van ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, REST API’s, microservices en databases.
- Ervaring met het integreren van maatwerk-UI’s en componenten met Pega Case Management/DCM-oplossingen.
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, is verplicht.
- UX-discoveryworkshops, design-thinking-sessies en stakeholderinterviews te leiden.
- Bedrijfsprocessen en gebruikersreizen te analyseren en mogelijkheden voor verbetering van de gebruikerservaring te identificeren.
- Persona’s, customer journey maps, wireframes, prototypes en interactieontwerpen te ontwikkelen.
- Business- en UX-behoeften te vertalen naar schaalbare Pega- en ReactJS-oplossingen.
- UX-standaarden, toegankelijkheidsrichtlijnen en design governance voor Pega-applicaties te definiëren en te bewaken.
- Herbruikbare UI-componenten en front-endframeworks te ontwikkelen en met Pega te integreren.
- De standaardmogelijkheden van Pega uit te breiden met maatwerk ReactJS-applicaties en DX API’s.
- Effectief samen te werken met architecten, developers, business stakeholders en het management.
- UX-adviezen en technische ontwerpoplossingen te presenteren aan senior stakeholders.
- Consistente, responsieve, mobile-first en toegankelijke gebruikerservaringen voor verschillende kanalen te realiseren.
- De mogelijkheid om te werken aan moderne Pega-oplossingen voor digitale transformatie en case management.
- Ervaring en verdieping in Pega Constellation, DX API, ReactJS, headless architectuur en maatwerkintegraties.

Core Responsibilities
You will design and implement modern digital solutions using Pega Case Management, ReactJS, and headless front-end architectures. Additionally, you will collaborate with architects to integrate custom UI components and microservices while leading UX discovery and design-thinking sessions.
Requirements
The role requires over 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years specifically in Pega implementation and 4 years in ReactJS development. Candidates must possess strong skills in UX design, REST APIs, and the ability to communicate effectively in Dutch.
