Job Description

As Intern Total Rewards, you will be part of our Global HR organization and support the Total Rewards team in delivering strategic compensation and rewards initiatives. This internship can be structured as a regular internship or a thesis internship. We welcome students who are interested in combining hands-on experience in Global Total Rewards with an academic research project. Together, we will explore how your study requirements can align with Corbion's priorities, including EU Pay Transparency implementation, HR analytics, and the Total Rewards roadmap. 

You will work with compensation data, HR technology, analytics, and stakeholder communications, helping transform complex information into actionable insights. 

 

Your Responsibilities 

As our Intern Total Rewards, you will: 

  • Support the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive across Corbion. 

  • Assist with compensation and workforce data analysis, ensuring data accuracy and quality. 

  • Help develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making. 

  • Support the maintenance and improvement of Total Rewards processes, tools, and documentation. 

  • Assist in job architecture, benchmarking, and compensation review activities. 

  • Help prepare presentations and communication materials for HR and business stakeholders. 

  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and other functional teams on rewards-related initiatives. 

  • Participate in projects supporting the Total Rewards strategy and roadmap. 

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes through technology, automation, and data-driven solutions. 

 

What You Bring 

You are curious, analytical, and eager to learn. You enjoy working with data and technology while also being comfortable communicating with different stakeholders. 

Requirements 

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human resources, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance, Psychology, or a related field. 

  • Strong affinity with data, numbers, and analytics. 

  • Good understanding of Excel; experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is an advantage. 

  • Interest in HR technology, data management, and process improvement. 

  • Strong communication and presentation skills. 

  • Detail-oriented and well-organized. 

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a global team. 

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Requirements

Candidates must be currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance, or Psychology. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to work effectively in a global team are required.
