Job Description
Als Functioneel Applicatiebeheerder Microsoft Dynamics 365 en Power Platform zorg je ervoor dat de oplossingen die goed werken, aansluiten op de behoeften van gebruikers en zich blijven ontwikkelen. Je bent de schakel tussen gebruikers, de interne ICT organisatie en externe IT partners.
Wat ga je doen?
Je houdt je bezig met het functioneel beheer en de configuratie van Microsoft Dynamics 365 en ondersteunt gebruikers en key users bij vragen, incidenten en functionele problemen. Je haalt wensen op bij gebruikers en proceseigenaren en vertaalt deze naar requirements en user stories. Daarnaast bouw en beheer je oplossingen met Power Apps en Power Automate en zie je kansen om processen verder te digitaliseren en automatiseren.
Je coördineert functionele wijzigingen, releases en gebruikers acceptatietesten en bewaakt onder andere datakwaliteit, integraties, rollen en autorisaties. Voor complexere oplossingen werk je samen met externe ontwikkel- en implementatiepartners. Ook zorg je ervoor dat kennis en documentatie goed worden vastgelegd en gedeeld binnen de organisatie.
Technologie
Je werkt voornamelijk met Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse en Power Platform, met de nadruk op Power Apps en Power Automate. Daarnaast heb je te maken met integraties, API’s, gegevensuitwisseling, rollen en autorisaties. Kennis van Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Microsoft 365 en Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/CRM is een pré.

- Aantoonbare kennis van Microsoft Dynamics 365 en Dataverse
- Ervaring met Power Apps en Power Automate
- Ervaring met requirementsanalyse, functioneel testen en gebruikersacceptatietesten
- Kennis van incident, problem, change en releasemanagement
- Basiskennis van rollen, autorisaties, informatiebeveiliging en privacy
- Inzicht in integraties, API’s en gegevensuitwisseling
- Ervaring met externe ICT en implementatiepartners
- Je kunt goed schakelen tussen gebruikers en technische specialisten
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands
Wat krijg je?
- Salaris tot €6.000 bruto per maand
- Een contract voor 40 uur per week
- 25/26 vakantiedagen

Core Responsibilities
You will manage and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform while acting as the primary link between users and the IT organization. Additionally, you will translate user requirements into functional solutions and coordinate releases, testing, and process automation.
Requirements
The role requires a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking, along with proven experience in functional application management. You must have demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate, as well as strong communication skills in Dutch.
