We have an outstanding learning opportunity for an enthusiastic Bachelor or Master student who is interested in making a difference in Supply Chain and Logistics at Kraft Heinz!

Improve the flow of products and information across the supply chain. This internship offers exposure to warehouses, inventory replenishment, reporting automation and continuous improvement.

The position 

You will support Supply Chain and Logistics projects that improve inventory availability, customer service and operational reporting. 

As an intern at Kraft Heinz, you will be trusted with meaningful responsibilities from the start. Alongside your day-to-day work, you will have opportunities to develop your professional skills, learn how different functions work together and build relationships across an international business. You are encouraged to ask questions, share ideas and bring a fresh perspective. You will receive support from colleagues while being expected to take ownership of agreed projects and deliverables.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify and implement process improvements 
  • Improve the Supply Chain Loss Tool and related analyses 
  • Strengthen customer stock-in-trade follow-up 
  • Improve root-cause follow-up and propose actions that support customer satisfaction 
  • Automate and optimize reporting tools 
  • Support inventory replenishment between warehouses 
  • Coordinate the monthly donation process with the national food bank 
  • Improve forecasting routines 

 

Job requirements

  • You are enrolled at a European university for at least 50% of the duration of the internship.
  • Current bachelor’s or master’s enrolment in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Management, Econometrics, Mathematics or a related field You have good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Advanced Excel skills; PowerPoint and Power BI skills are an advantage
  • 40hrs weekly availability

NOTE: EU working rights are required (Either you have an EU Citizenship, or you are studying in the Netherlands).

What we offer:

  • Start date: Mid-January 2027
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Allowance: €625 per month (40 hrs, 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses 
  • Location: Amsterdam, hybrid (occasional home working in alignment with the team)
