🚀 Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - GTM
📍 Hybrid in Amsterdam
We’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our client, hiring across EMEA.
It’s a broad role covering go-to-market and sales roles.
This is a hybrid role with some office time in Amsterdam (3 days per week).
You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for this client.
🌟 What You’ll Do:
Own end-to-end hiring across several key business areas
Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisions
Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers
Source top talent through creative and strategic methods
Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience
Drive continuous improvement in how we hire
Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 months
🔍 What You Bring:
5+ years in full-cycle recruitment with a proven track record across GTM/Sales hiring
Confident working independently and managing stakeholders
Hands-on sourcing experience across passive and active talent pools
Driven, adaptable, and outcomes-focused
Ability to build strong, trusted partnerships with our client
Core Responsibilities
You will own end-to-end hiring for go-to-market and sales roles while building trusted partnerships with hiring managers. Additionally, you will source top talent and drive continuous improvement in recruitment strategies to support business growth.
Requirements
The role requires at least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment with a proven track record in GTM or sales hiring. Candidates must be confident working independently, possess hands-on sourcing skills, and demonstrate an outcomes-focused approach.
