You keep shipments moving and the customer informed, from first booking, validating purchase invoices to final billing. Balancing the big picture with precision and purpose is what you’ll do. The forwarder manages the full import journey, including orders, transport, documentation, and follow-up. They are responsible for keeping shipments moving, validating purchase invoices, and handling final billing while maintaining clear communication with customers.
Requirements
Candidates must be fluent in Dutch and English and possess experience in handling forwarding documentation. The role requires a proactive, autonomous individual who is comfortable working with new digital technologies.
