  • Monitoring project progress, budgets, risks, and milestones

  • Identifying and mitigating project risks and operational challenges

  • Facilitating workshops, meetings, governance forums, and status reporting

  • Supporting the development of training materials, guidance documents, and knowledge-sharing initiatives

  • Contributing to GMP-related projects and continuous improvement activities

  • Strengthening collaboration and knowledge exchange across AMG sites

  • Driving standardization, efficiency, and best-practice implementation across the organization

What you bring

  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills

  • Experience working in a regulated environment is considered an advantage

It is an advantage if you have

  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or similar certification

  • Experience within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, GMP-regulated environments, supply chain, or manufacturing

  • Experience with process improvement, change management, or operational excellence initiatives

  • Knowledge of training, documentation, or knowledge management frameworks

As a person, you are

  • A strong collaborator who enjoys bringing people together around common goals

  • Proactive and solution-oriented

  • Comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments

  • Skilled at creating structure and clarity
