At YOUNG Media, we are building something big, and we’re doing it fast. We are a growing media company within the YOUNG Group, featuring our own titles, programs, and formats. We are now looking for an ambitious Sales Intern who doesn't just want to watch from the sidelines but wants to actively sell.

What will you be doing?

* Selling YOUNG Media’s various media formats to brands and companies

* Working from our Amsterdam office alongside a driven sales team

* Identifying and approaching new leads, holding conversations, and closing deals

* Building and maintaining relationships with clients and advertisers

* Learning to use AI tools that make your sales process smarter and faster

What will you learn? * The complete sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal

* How to leverage AI for research, prospecting, and outreach

* Pitching, negotiating, and building lasting client relationships

* How a fast-growing media company operates from the inside and how to think like an entrepreneur

Who are you?

* You are fluent in Dutch and English (required)

* You have an entrepreneurial mindset: you take the lead rather than waiting for instructions

* You are hungry for success and driven to achieve real results

* You have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and aren't afraid to pick up the phone

* You are curious about media, marketing, and new technology

* You want a career in sales and are ready to learn fast and work hard
