Internship: Sustainability Performance - Reporting
Are you a motivated student with a passion for digital solutions, data, and process improvement? Join the Group Sustainability team at dsm-firmenich for an internship where you will support the implementation of digital reporting workflows for CDP and EcoVadis sustainability reporting. This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in workflow design, testing, project coordination, and sustainability reporting while contributing to impactful initiatives in a global and cross-functional environment.
What You’ll Do
During your internship, you will support the implementation and testing of digital workflows that enable CDP and EcoVadis reporting processes. You will help assess proposed solutions, coordinate workflow testing with stakeholders, and contribute to campaign planning, follow-up, and progress tracking. In addition, you will support project documentation, capture lessons learned, and identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and user adoption.

- Supported the implementation of new reporting workflows that enabled the successful execution of the 2027 CDP and EcoVadis reporting campaigns.
- Provided reliable project support through workflow testing, stakeholder coordination, progress tracking, and continuous improvement recommendations.

What You Bring
- Field of Study: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Business, Information Management, Business Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related digital or technology field.
- Experience: No specific prior experience required. Familiarity with digital tools, workflow testing, data handling, process improvement, or project coordination is an advantage.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and an interest in digital solutions and process improvement.
Eligibility criteria and conditions:
- Language requirements: Fluent in English.
- Final Selection Day: 01.12.2026 in dsm-firmenich office in Maastricht.
- Start of the internship: 01.02.2027
- Duration: 4-5 months.
- Studies: currently enrolled at Maastricht University or Zuyd applied science university (hogeschool). Your university will cosign the internship agreement.
- Location: dsm-firmenich Maastricht office.
- Compensation: Internship salary is €550 per month.
