As Sales Manager, you will be the commercial face of SuperYacht Times. You will: Manage and grow an international client portfolio (from brokers to shipyards). Sell media products such as advertising, data subscriptions, event partnerships, and custom content campaigns. Build long-term relationships by thinking strategically with our clients and offering solutions that align with their goals. Collaborate with our editorial, marketing, and product teams to sharpen our offerings and take them to market effectively. Identify new commercial opportunities in both existing and emerging markets. What do you bring to the table? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment and even better if you have experience with Media Sales. Excellent communication skills in English (Fluency in English, both spoken and written). Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with revenue deadlines. A self-starter who is structured and proactive. Experience in the superyacht industry is a bonus, but definitely not a must – affinity with the sector and a strong willingness to learn are just as valuable. You’re comfortable working with tools like Notion, Google Workspace, and CRM systems like Copper. Permission to live and work in the Netherlands. What do we offer? Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, at least three years of sales experience, and fluency in spoken and written English. Candidates should be proactive, structured, comfortable in a fast-paced team environment, and authorized to live and work in the Netherlands; superyacht industry experience is a bonus.
