The Opportunity We are looking for a Country Business Partner / Country Manager Netherlands who believes in their own ability to create business, develop customer relationships and establish IProLoop in the Dutch market. This is not a traditional corporate management position with a large infrastructure, high overhead or a predefined organization. It is an opportunity for someone who wants to build a business lean, commercially focused and with minimal initial capital requirements, while benefiting from the existing IProLoop platform, international network, capabilities and brand. The objective is clear: Build sustainable business in the Netherlands, keep operating costs lean and participate in the long-term profitability you help create. Your Role You will take entrepreneurial responsibility for developing IProLoop's business in the Netherlands. Your focus will include: Developing new B2B customers and strategic partnerships Identifying commercial opportunities in the Dutch market Building relationships with decision-makers in procurement, operations, IT and management Representing IProLoop professionally in customer meetings and business networks Developing opportunities from first contact through proposal and commercial negotiation Coordinating projects with the wider IProLoop organization and international partners Building a scalable local business structure without unnecessary overhead Contributing to the long-term strategy of IProLoop Netherlands You will have the freedom to develop the market entrepreneurially while benefiting from IProLoop's broader capabilities and international infrastructure. What We Are Looking For We are interested in the person behind the CV. You may come from procurement, sales, consulting, business development, technology, engineering or another B2B environment. More important is that you: believe in your ability to build business from the ground up are commercially minded and comfortable approaching new customers understand that sustainable growth starts with customers rather than large internal structures have a strong professional network or know how to build one can work independently and take ownership of results think entrepreneurially about revenue, margins and costs communicate confidently with senior decision-makers are persistent without being aggressive value long-term business relationships are comfortable working in an international environment Professional fluency in Dutch and English Partnership & Compensation Model This opportunity is designed around entrepreneurship and shared success rather than a traditional fixed-cost employment structure. The intention is to build the Dutch business with limited initial overhead and disciplined capital deployment. The successful partner will participate in the economic success of the business through a long-term profit-sharing model. Profit participation will be calculated based on the agreed business result after the deduction of applicable operating expenses, project costs and other agreed business costs. The detailed structure, responsibilities, profit-sharing mechanism and governance model will be agreed contractually with the selected candidate. As the Dutch business grows, the partnership and organizational structure can grow with it. What IProLoop Provides You will not be starting completely from zero. Coordinate projects with IProLoop’s international organization, establish a lean local business structure, and contribute to the country’s long-term strategy.
Requirements
The candidate should be entrepreneurial, commercially minded, able to develop business and customer relationships independently, and comfortable taking ownership of results while managing revenue, margins, and costs. Professional fluency in Dutch and English is required, along with confidence engaging senior decision-makers and the ability to build or leverage a professional network.
