THE TEAM

As part of our Finance team, you will contribute to the financial success of the hotel by ensuring timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices, payments, and financial transactions. Working closely with operational departments, Finance colleagues, and external vendors, you will support the smooth management of accounts payable processes while helping maintain strong financial controls and compliance standards. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play an important role in supporting the overall financial health of the business.

YOUR ROLE

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting efficient accounts payable operations. Through your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and collaborative approach, you will help ensure invoices are processed accurately, payments are made on time, and financial records remain up to date. Your contribution will support sound financial management while fostering positive relationships with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

  • Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Verify invoices against purchase orders and supporting documentation.
  • Prepare and process payments in accordance with company policies and payment schedules.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies when required.
  • Maintain accurate vendor records, documentation, and financial data.
  • Collaborate with operational departments and suppliers to resolve invoice queries and ensure timely payment processing.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

  • You have experience within Accounts Payable, Finance, Accounting, or a related financial role.
  • You possess strong numerical and analytical skills and enjoy working with accuracy and precision.
  • You have excellent attention to detail and take pride in maintaining high standards of financial record keeping.
  • You are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and are comfortable working with financial systems.
  • You communicate professionally, build positive relationships, and provide excellent service to both internal stakeholders and external vendors.

OUR BENEFITS

As part of our team, you’ll enjoy a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your wellbeing, professional growth, and life beyond work. This includes flexible working hours, paid time off, complimentary room nights, learning and development opportunities, global career opportunities, and industry-leading paid parental leave supporting eligible associates across all paths to parenthood.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

At Rosewood Hotel Group, your voice is heard – and valued. We’re a community that encourages associates to be themselves, not fit into a fixed culture, and this philosophy shines through in our commitments to reflect and honor the history, culture and geography of our destinations. We’re not only committed to building and nurturing genuine, long-lasting relationships but to transforming them – and our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy helps put these principles into practice.
