Core Responsibilities

Depending on the candidate’s profile, the intern will support Talent Acquisition by managing end-to-end recruitment for interns, developing sourcing strategies, and organizing campus events. Alternatively, the intern will support Learning and Development by designing learning journeys, coordinating workshops, and facilitating onboarding.

Requirements

Applicants must be final-year bachelor’s or master’s students and fluent in English plus either Dutch or French; the internship is non-thesis. Candidates should demonstrate relationship-building, project management, organization, operational excellence, adaptability, attention to detail, and collaborative communication.
