Then join us as a Product Lead. Your role As Product Lead, you own your products end-to-end, defining both the what and the how. You shape customer and business value, drive a distinctive customer experience and enable your squads to deliver and operate effectively. You provide strategic direction, set roadmaps and KPIs and make data-driven decisions. You actively manage stakeholders, internal and external, and build strong partnerships. You also lead and develop your team of Customer Journey Experts, helping them grow their craft and careers. Your team and environment Within the Mortgages NL tribe, we aim to become the leading mobile-first, sustainable mortgage provider in Europe. With 60 squads across Amsterdam and Leeuwarden, we cover the full mortgage journey for one of the Netherlands’ largest customer bases. You will lead a product cluster of two squads. One is a marketing and customer outreach team focused on ESG Risk, Interest Only, sustainable housing, financial health and loyalty. You contribute to increasing usage of our digital processes and services. Your teams collaborate closely with multiple product squads. Key challenge is creating a holistic customer view and outreach, so that each customer gets the right message at the right time. The other squad focusses on product management activities like product reviews including adherence to new regulations, flagging and addressing data quality issues, product optimization and rationalization and complaint management. Roles and Responsibilities As a Product Lead, you: • Perform analyses to stay on top of market trends, to ensure product or theme’s competitive position and spot opportunities to make impact • Define the delivery roadmap of the product and prioritise the product backlog • Focus on delivery through collaboration, ability to bring people together to work towards the same purpose • Take responsibility, steer on strategy and realisations based on facts and data, and display managerial courage to question and make decisions • Build the craftmanship of the employees in the team • Ensure compliancy with relevant regulation and internal/external requirements • Are the hierarchical manager of a team of Customer Journey Experts.ips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.
Core Responsibilities
Own the mortgage products end-to-end by setting strategy, roadmaps, KPIs, and priorities, while driving customer and business value through data-informed decisions and effective collaboration. Lead and develop two squads, manage stakeholders and regulatory requirements, and improve customer outreach, product quality, and the mortgage customer experience.
Requirements
