Help build capabilities that matter We are looking for a (Senior) Delivery Consultant who enjoys turning ambitious ideas into operational reality and delivering results that matter. You are comfortable operating in complex environments, bringing together stakeholders, technical experts and decisionmakers to move initiatives forward. You enjoy creating structure, driving progress and helping organisations tackle challenging problems. Above all, you combine strategic thinking, technical understanding and execution excellence. What you'll do As a (Senior) Delivery Consultant, you will work alongside public and private organisations in the defence, national security and critical infrastructure domains to: Translate strategic ambitions into executable plans and tangible outcomes Coordinate stakeholders across government, industry and technology partners Drive complex programmes and initiatives from concept to implementation Establish governance structures, roadmaps and effective ways of working Support the development, deployment and adoption of new capabilities Identify risks, resolve blockers and maintain delivery momentum Facilitate workshops, decision-making processes and cross-organisational collaboration Work closely with architects, engineers, analysts and operational users to ensure solutions create real operational value You will often operate at the intersection of strategy, operations and technology. What you bring You do not need to tick every box, but you will likely have: A Master's degree and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience Strong stakeholder management and communication skills A solid understanding of technology, software development and digital transformation Experience working within government, defence, security, cyber or other complex and regulated environments The ability to bring structure to ambiguity and create clarity in challenging situations A pragmatic and delivery-focused mindset Strong analytical skills combined with a hands-on approach The confidence to take ownership, build trust and make things happen Above all, we are looking for people who can combine strategic thinking, technical understanding and execution excellence. Core Responsibilities

Translate strategic ambitions into executable plans and deliver complex programmes and capabilities from concept through implementation. Coordinate stakeholders, establish governance and roadmaps, resolve delivery risks and blockers, and ensure solutions create operational value.

Requirements

A Master's degree and at least five years of relevant professional experience are requested, along with strong stakeholder and communication skills and an understanding of technology, software development, and digital transformation. Candidates should bring experience in complex or regulated environments, analytical and hands-on delivery skills, and the ability to create structure, build trust, and take ownership.
