Combining procurement expertise, commercial insight and stakeholder management, you will develop persuasive proposals that address customer needs and support business growth. Working closely with sales teams, specialists, and decision-makers, you will ensure every submission is compliant, competitive, and delivered to the highest standard. Core Responsibilities

Manage public-sector procurement and tender processes from start to finish, including assessing tender documents, coordinating bid teams, and preparing compliant, competitive submissions. Set schedules and deliverables, engage stakeholders to improve proposal quality, and coordinate clarification questions and communications with contracting authorities.

Requirements

Candidates should have IT industry experience in commercial or project-based environments and expertise in writing, reviewing, and managing European tenders and RFPs. The role requires HBO-level working and thinking, strong customer and requirements analysis, excellent stakeholder communication, and an organized, analytical, commercially aware approach.
