This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping sales strategies, building strong customer partnerships, and driving market growth in a permanent, full-time position based in the Netherlands. Our customers include aged care homes, rehabilitation centres, public and private hospitals. We are currently in an exciting growth phase and are seeking a passionate Business Development Manager to help drive our continued expansion in the Netherlands. About the Role Reporting to the General Manager Europe, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and strengthening our market presence. Key responsibilities include: Achieving sales growth targets across new and existing accounts Building and nurturing strong, long-term customer relationships Identifying and developing new business opportunities Presenting and communicating our value proposition with confidence Delivering engaging product education and training sessions Providing exceptional customer service and support Managing your territory effectively, including regular customer visits Collaborating with distributors to implement growth strategies Working autonomously from home when not on the road Comprehensive training on our products and market will be provided to set you up for success. You bring: A degree (or working towards) in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Commerce, International Business, or a healthcare discipline (e.g. Speech Pathology, Dietetics, Nursing) You have experience in clinical nutrition At least 2+ years’ experience in a similar role (healthcare or aged care experience is advantageous but not essential) Strong territory and account management experience A proven ability to meet KPIs and sales targets Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Confidence in negotiating and closing sales A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail The ability to work both independently and collaboratively Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English. A valid driver’s licence In lieu of sales experience, candidates with a strong clinical background and deep understanding of hospital or aged care environments are highly encouraged to apply. Core Responsibilities

Drive sales growth across new and existing accounts by developing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and presenting the company’s value proposition. Manage the territory through customer visits, product education, customer support, and collaboration with distributors to implement growth strategies.

Requirements

Candidates should have a relevant degree or be working toward one, clinical nutrition experience, and at least two years of experience in a similar role, with strong territory or account management and sales performance skills. Dutch and English fluency, a valid driver’s licence, strong communication and negotiation abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required; candidates with a strong clinical background may also apply in lieu of sales experience.
