Job Description Reporting to the Group Leader Application Specialists Benelux, you will be part of an enthusiastic team dedicated to supporting customers. You will work in close collaboration with our Account Managers and will be jointly responsible for the sales growth of our clinical instruments, instrument services and reagents. You are based in the Netherlands which will also be your main focus, with occasional travel in the entire BeNeLux area. Your role You are the Cell & Gene Therapy expert for Miltenyi Biotec and you will provide expert advice to customers on their processes and workflows. You perform instrument demonstrations, technical trainings and technical support in-field at new and existing customer sites for the complete clinical workflow. You use the knowledge of Miltenyi’s workflows, applications and markets to develop GMP-compliant cell therapy processes in line with customer application needs. You build and maintain collaborative relationships with customers at the technical level, bring fresh insights to the business, and anticipate future opportunities and demands. Support and assist in the complaint process to ensure complaints are fully investigated and resolved in a timely manner. Keeping the customer database up-to-date is also one of your responsibilities. Participates regularly in training to maintain up-to-date technical knowledge on clinical products, applications, and regulatory topics. In cooperation with the Account Managers, you will organize insightful seminars, and well-prepared product demonstrations. In addition, you will represent Miltenyi at scientific conferences, exhibitions and tradeshows and develop, implement and monitor action plans in alignment with the Sales team to grow the sales. Qualifications MSc or PhD, preferably in cell biology, immunology or a related field, with a strong scientific background in regenerative medicine, cell & gene therapy and/or bioprocesses. In addition, you have proven laboratory experience within academia, biotech, CRO/CMO or pharmaceutical organizations. Cell & Gene Therapy, cell culture & cell handling experience is essential. GMP knowledge desirable. Strong verbal and written communication and strong presentation skills in both face-to-face and virtual settings. Fluent in English is mandatory, fluent in Dutch is a plus. Real team player, with a can-do mindset, strong work ethic, customer-oriented, commercial acumen and excellent planning and relationship building skills. You are enthusiastic, with a high level of positive energy. Proficiency in using Microsoft office applications. Willing to travel extensively within Benelux (mainly Netherlands). Core Responsibilities

Requirements

An MSc or PhD, preferably in cell biology, immunology, or a related field, and proven laboratory experience are required; cell and gene therapy, cell culture, and cell handling experience are essential. Candidates should have strong communication and presentation skills, commercial awareness, customer focus, proficiency with Microsoft Office, a valid driving license, and willingness to travel extensively across Benelux; English fluency is mandatory and Dutch fluency is an advantage.
