As a Management Assistant Intern, reporting directly to the General Manager, you will gain exposure to all areas of hotel operations. Supporting projects, coordinating priorities, and collaborating with department heads, you will develop a broad understanding of hotel leadership while contributing to the smooth running of the hotel and an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities Support the General Manager with daily administrative, organisational, and operational tasks Coordinate projects, initiatives, and follow-up actions across departments on behalf of the General Manager Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and management updates Participate in meetings and monitor progress on key actions, priorities, and deadlines Gain exposure to hotel operations through cross-department collaboration and support teams when needed Contribute to quality, guest experience, and process improvement initiatives across the hotel Essential Requirements Currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or related study programme Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken Passion for hospitality and learning how hotel operations function across different departments Proactive, organised, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands Available for a minimum internship period of 6 months Preferred Requirements Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills Interest in hotel operations, leadership, and business management Ability to work independently and take initiative Previous hospitality, customer service, or administrative experience is an advantage Dutch or any additional language is an advantage Your Benefits And Perks Free meal during every shift Receive €250 for referring another intern Real-world experience in a dynamic hospitality environment Learning & development opportunities to build valuable skill Heavily discounted hotel rates 50% discount in our restaurants and bars Access to exclusive employee discounts and offers Fun social events and team celebrations We provide a monthly allowance of €750, exceeding Horeca CAO (BOL) guidelines, with full coverage of travel and job-related expenses. Requirements

Applicants must be enrolled in a hospitality, hotel management, tourism, or related study program, communicate well in spoken and written English, and be eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands for at least six months. They should be proactive, organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple priorities; teamwork, independence, hospitality or administrative experience, and Dutch or another additional language are advantageous.
