A Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress with Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts is responsible for working in all areas of Food and Beverage focussed on the In Room Dining as needed to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while working to achieve departmental targets. What will I be doing? Required As a Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress, you are responsible for working mainly in the In Room Dining as needed to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress Allround would also be required to take and deliver customer orders and work to achieve departmental targets. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service Prepare set ups Able to also work in all areas of Food & Beverage Follow cash handling procedures Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner Up-sell with latest departmental incentives Ensure compliance of brand standards Strive to achieve departmental targets Ensure cleanliness of work areas Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation Comply with local licensing laws Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships What are we looking for? Core Responsibilities

Take and deliver in-room dining orders, prepare setups, handle payments, respond to guest queries, and promote relevant offers while providing excellent service. Maintain cleanliness and brand standards, comply with safety and security requirements, meet departmental targets, and assist other departments as needed.

Requirements

Previous food and beverage or industry experience, a positive attitude, strong spoken and written English, and good communication skills are expected. Candidates should be flexible, committed to high-quality customer service, able to work independently or in a team, and hold a valid residence and work permit for the Netherlands.
