Become part of #teamlidl Working as an orderpicker in the fresh produce section in our warehouse is definitely something for you. Wat ga je doen? Ready? Set? Go! Your headset tells you what kind of fresh products you need to pick and where to find them. You drive around the warehouse on your electric pallet truck, loading pallets full of vegetables, fruit, and dairy products. You’ll pick products from across our vast range, from tomatoes, apples, and zucchinis, to cheese, yogurt, and olives. You don’t need a driver’s license, because we’ll teach you how to operate the truck safely. At Lidl, fresh really does mean fresh, which is why our fresh team works afternoon and evening shifts. This ensures that our fruit and vegetables never spend more than a few hours in our warehouse before they make their way to our stores. And: A starting salary from € 2,608.26 gross per month (based on a 40-hour workweek if you are 21 years or older). Do you already have experience in a similar role? Then your salary may be higher! Are you under 21? Then you will start with an attractive salary suited to your age. Every month you receive an 8.1% ADV-allowance on top of your salary. Lidl pays 70% of your pension contribution. 8% holiday allowance and 24 vacation days based on 40 hours. Core Responsibilities

Use a headset and pick-by-voice system to locate and select fresh produce, dairy, and other products from the warehouse. Load the products onto pallets using an electric pallet truck for delivery to Lidl stores.

Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18, available for afternoon and evening shifts, reliable, and accurate in their work. No prior experience or driver's license is required; Lidl provides training in the picking system and safe pallet truck operation.
