Job Description

Read this first: this is a calling job. You'll spend three hours a day on the phone, in two 90-minute blocks, talking to brand managers and trade marketers at beverage and FMCG companies across Europe. You won't be emailing or posting. You'll be calling. If that makes you uncomfortable, this role isn't for you. If it makes you competitive, read on. About Promo Vista Promo Vista makes point-of-sale material for beverage and FMCG brands across Europe: coolers, displays, glassware and other branded material that ends up in bars, supermarkets and at festivals. We handle production, distribution across several countries, invoicing and reporting in one model. That's rare in this industry, and it's why brands switch to us. What you'll earn Base: €1,050 a month, paid whatever your results. Performance pay: a fee for every Qualified Opportunity. That's a meeting that meets five set criteria and moves into our proposal stage. The rate rises with your year total. When you reach a new level, the higher rate applies to every opportunity you've booked that year, and we pay you the difference that same month. Example of realistic earnings per month 3 qualified opportunities = around €1,850 5 (target) = around €2,850 6 or more = around €3,950 Year bonus: €1,000, €3,000 or €6,000, depending on the level you reach. Trial bonus: month one is a paid trial with three clear targets. Pass it and you get an extra €200 in month two. Your day Monday to Thursday, 09:45–16:00 CET. Fridays off. 09:45 – Review your list for the day 10:00–11:30 – First calling block 11:30–12:00 – Notes and follow-up emails 13:45–15:15 – Second calling block 15:15–16:00 – CRM updates and tomorrow's list Some leads are cold, but we aim for warm ones: contacts in our email campaigns who have opened or clicked. We give you the list, the script and the tools. You bring the voice and the skills. What we're looking for 1–3 years of B2B outbound or hospitality sales. Call centre, inside sales, horeca account management and brand ambassador work all count. Fluent, confident English on the phone. German, French or Spanish is a strong plus. Knowledge of the drinks world, or a real interest in it. If you've poured drinks, worked a festival, repped a brand or sold to bars, tell us. Availability during our calling windows. This is the one hard requirement. Evenings don't work for this role. The ambition to become an Account Manager, not to stay a caller. This role is not for you if… You want to get into sales but not into rejection. You'll hear "no" many times a day. You need a manager watching you. You work remotely and alone during your calling blocks. You only want the base. It's deliberately modest; the money is in performance. You can't work Central European hours. Where this leads After 12 months of hitting your numbers, you move up to full-time Account Manager, as an employee if you prefer. You'll have your own portfolio of accounts and earn commission on the margin you generate. This path and the exact targets are written into your contract from day one. It isn't a vague promise made at the end of an interview. How to apply: with your voice This is a phone job, so we want to hear you. Send your CV and a voice note of no more than 60 seconds to [email protected], answering these three questions: What's the hardest sales call you've ever made, and what happened? Why should a brand manager at a drinks company give you fifteen minutes? How many calls a day have you actually made in a previous job? We reply to every voice note within five working days.

Core Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to beverage and FMCG brand managers and trade marketers, qualify prospects, and book opportunities that meet the company's criteria. Maintain call notes and CRM records, send follow-up emails, and prepare lead lists for upcoming calling sessions.

Requirements

Applicants should have 1–3 years of B2B outbound or hospitality sales experience, confident spoken English, and availability during the specified Central European calling hours. Knowledge of or genuine interest in the drinks industry is sought; German, French, or Spanish is an advantage, along with ambition to progress into account management.
