Team Overview And Job Responsibilities We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse and Supply Chain Coordinator Intern to support our logistics operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and supply chain coordination. You will assist with day-to-day activities that ensure timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of goods and services. Start date: Early September 2026 Duration: At least 6 months Work location: Hoofddorp, NL Responsibilities: Responsible for supplier invoice reconciliation, liaising with suppliers to investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, maintaining accurate payment tracking records, and ensuring timely and compliant invoice settlement. Assist with daily communication and coordination with third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses to ensure smooth execution of warehousing and distribution operations. Collaborate with inbound and outbound logistics teams to address and resolve daily operational requests and issues in a timely manner. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supply chain costs at each stage, including transportation, warehousing, and handling expenses. Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to support performance monitoring and prepare monthly operational reports for management review. Support continuous improvement initiatives by participating in process enhancement projects and conducting data-driven analyses. Manage and organize product samples stored in both office and warehouse locations, ensuring accessibility and proper documentation. Qualifications: Enrolled in a Bachelor or Master study program for the full-period of the internship. Strong data analysis skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Python or other data analytics tools is a plus.Self-organized and analytical skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work within a team and independently. Proficient in MS Office(specifically good excel skills). Fluent in English. Core Responsibilities

Reconcile supplier invoices, coordinate with suppliers and third-party logistics warehouses, and support daily inbound and outbound logistics operations. Track supply chain costs, analyze operational data, prepare monthly reports, contribute to process improvements, and organize product samples.

Requirements

Applicants must be enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program throughout the internship and be fluent in English. They should have strong analytical and organizational skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and effective communication skills; experience with Python or other data analytics tools is a plus.
