English Required | Chinese/Mandarin an Advantage Location: The Hague Company: Visa Service Desk Employment: Full-time About Visa Service Desk Visa Service Desk (VSD) is a Netherlands-based international visa, immigration and document legalisation service provider supporting corporate clients and their employees with international mobility requirements. Due to the continued growth and development of our corporate services, we are looking for an Experienced Corporate Visa Consultant who can independently manage visa and immigration cases while delivering a high level of professional support to our corporate clients. The position may include working from the Visa Service Desk office as well as being assigned to work on-site at the premises of one of our corporate clients in the Netherlands. The Role As an Experienced Corporate Visa Consultant, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of business visa, immigration and document legalisation processes for corporate travellers and employees. You will act as a trusted point of contact for corporate clients, travellers, embassies, consulates, visa application centres and our international partner network. You must be comfortable managing cases independently, prioritising urgent requirements and communicating directly and professionally with corporate stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Independently manage visa applications from initial assessment through completion; Advise corporate clients and travellers on visa requirements, documentation, procedures and expected processing times; Review applications and supporting documents for completeness and compliance before submission; Coordinate business visas, work-related immigration procedures, legalisations, attestations and other international mobility requirements; Maintain professional communication with corporate HR, Administration, Global Mobility and Travel teams; Liaise with embassies, consulates, visa application centres and international service partners; Proactively monitor applications and follow up on outstanding requirements; Identify potential delays, compliance issues and operational risks at an early stage and escalate where appropriate; Manage urgent, executive and VIP cases with a high degree of discretion and attention; Maintain accurate case records and provide clear and timely status updates; Work according to established service levels, internal procedures and information-security requirements; Maintain client-specific procedures and knowledge to ensure continuity of service; Work closely with VSD colleagues and designated back-up consultants to ensure seamless service continuity; Where assigned, work professionally and independently from a corporate client's office while remaining under the management and supervision of Visa Service Desk. Your Profile We are specifically looking for an experienced visa professional. This is not an entry-level position. The successful candidate should have: A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in corporate visa services, immigration, consular services, global mobility or a closely related environment; Demonstrable experience independently handling visa applications from start to finish; Experience supporting corporate and international business travellers; Good knowledge of visa documentation and consular processes; Strong case-management and organisational skills; Excellent attention to detail; The ability to manage multiple applications, priorities and deadlines simultaneously; A professional and confident approach when dealing directly with corporate clients; The ability to work independently at a corporate client's location; A proactive and solution-oriented approach; A strong understanding of confidentiality and the handling of sensitive personal and corporate information; The right to work in the Netherlands. Experience with work permits, residence permits, document legalisation, apostilles, attestations and international immigration processes will be considered a strong advantage. Previous experience working on-site within a corporate client environment is also a strong advantage. Language Requirements Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, is required; Professional proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin is a strong advantage; Good command of Dutch is an advantage; Additional languages are considered an advantage. Experience working with Chinese or other multinational organisations, including communication with international HR, Administration, Global Mobility, Travel or senior management teams, will be considered a strong advantage. What We Are Looking For Technical visa knowledge alone is not enough for this position. We are looking for someone who is reliable, professional, client-focused and capable of taking ownership. Our corporate clients rely on Visa Service Desk to manage time-sensitive international travel and immigration requirements. The successful candidate must therefore demonstrate a high level of accountability, accuracy, discretion and service awareness. You should be comfortable representing Visa Service Desk directly within a corporate client's organisation, becoming a trusted day-to-day point of contact while continuing to work within VSD's procedures, quality standards and management structure. Continuity of service is particularly important. You will therefore be expected to maintain accurate case records and structured handover documentation so that colleagues can provide seamless back-up support whenever required. Requirements

Applicants must have at least three years of relevant experience and a demonstrated ability to manage visa applications independently from start to finish, including support for corporate and international business travellers. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, client communication, discretion, the right to work in the Netherlands, and excellent spoken and written English are required; Chinese/Mandarin is a strong advantage.
