Job Description

The job As a Junior International HR Consultant France, you will support the country team responsible for managing our French HR & payroll services for primarily non-European clients. This is an administrative role, where you will assist with day-to-day tasks and operations, including administrative tasks, drafting contracts, and responding to employee/client questions. Acting as part of the client’s HR team from France, you will help ensure employees feel comfortable and well-supported, just as they would with any local employer. You will support colleagues across Europe in international HR management and employment outsourcing. You will collaborate closely with our headquarters in the Netherlands, other European subsidiaries, and strategic business partners worldwide. Additionally, you will assist in coordinating with our French partners in payroll, accounting, and legal matters. Why Parakar? This is your job if You hold a relevant bachelor’s degree and have the equivalent experience and mindset; You have a foundational understanding of French employment law; You have a basic understanding of the employment lifecycle and are eager to develop the ability to implement and manage its various aspects; You are motivated to learn more about the complex HR-, employment-, legal-, payroll-, tax- and immigration regulations particularly in our international employment outsourcing context; You have an excellent command of English (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken and a basic knowledge of the French language; Your flexibility and empathy have no limits, given our global work environment and the multicultural backgrounds that you would be dealing with; You are based in the Netherlands (Amsterdam/Breda); You are attentive to process and detail regarding your work, tasks given to you, and tying up loose ends. Dealing with multiple tasks simultaneously does not impose a problem on you; You have an open mindset, and you are flexible enough to apply your knowledge and experience in totally different ways of working. Moreover, you act pro-actively on things that could be improved. Requirements

A relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, along with foundational knowledge of French employment law and the employment lifecycle. Candidates should have English proficiency at C1 level or higher, basic French, strong attention to detail, flexibility, empathy, and an interest in developing expertise in international HR, legal, payroll, tax, and immigration regulations.
