Junior Affiliate Manager Who we are: The Fellas Ads is an Amsterdam-based affiliate network that launched in early 2020 and has been growing rapidly ever since. We operate in a highly competitive, performance-driven industry where commercial instinct, speed, and results matter. Your Role: As a Junior Affiliate Manager you will be responsible for managing and expanding your portfolio of affiliate partners from all around the world. You will constantly hunt for new business and optimise your current affiliate accounts by making new deals to match the ongoing demand from advertisers. You will work directly with the founders of the company to learn and brain-storm about new business opportunities as your role is key in setting out the playfield of The Fellas Ads within your vertical What you'll do: Maintaining daily contact with partners to seize opportunities and increase sales. Actively seeking new partners and opportunities for your portfolio. Work closely with your colleagues to learn, brainstorm, and spot new opportunities. Continuously monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track progress and identify opportunities for optimisation Who you are: Seeking the thrills of success is in your DNA Have sales experience (B2B, affiliate marketing, etc.) You are communicative and socially skilled, all to create opportunities out of every conversation you have You have a great sense of responsibility for everything you are involved with Setbacks don’t stop you from keeping on going and achieving your goals You’re interested in the technological side of the Marketing business Around-the-clock availability (your affiliates are located across the globe) Preferred: Secondary vocational education (MBO), Higher professional education (HBO) Professional proficiency in either Chinese or Ukrainian is required What we offer you: A strong base salary and commission scheme. Core Responsibilities

Manage and grow a global portfolio of affiliate partners by maintaining regular contact, finding new partners, and negotiating deals that meet advertiser demand. Monitor performance metrics, optimize affiliate accounts, and collaborate with colleagues and company founders to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

Candidates should have sales experience, strong communication and social skills, a sense of responsibility, resilience, commercial drive, and an interest in marketing technology. Professional proficiency in either Chinese or Ukrainian is required; secondary vocational or higher professional education is preferred, along with availability to work across global time zones.
